Return Policy
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please email us at support@veshaa.shop with your order number and details of the product you would like to return. Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the return process. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@veshaa.shop.
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or color, you can initiate an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Any product that is returned without its original packaging and tags will not be accepted.
Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the product and shipping charges incurred while returning the product.
Gift:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
